Story Behind The Song
I was in Boston feeling like I was over the hill and seeing that all of the bands that I was auditioning for had members that were aspiring to do the same things that I had already done and gotten tired of doing. A VOICE sounded in my head (yes I heard voices) that said that I could write and play songs for HIM and He would direct me. I basically sciffed at the voice and said that I really had no idea of how to write songs for HIM, and HE said we'll here's one. In the next 10 minutes, this song was born.
Song Description
I have seen so many of my friends give up on their goals for one reason or another. Some of them have substituted it for another version of it that is far less demanding than the original.
Most of them are convinced that they are substituting their gols for the right reasons and subsequently killing their sprit (drive)
This song is a reminder that our original goals are still attainable, and also a confidence builder for those that think it is too late.

Lyrics
These days take a toll on us, nights get shorter and shorter
Working for a dream, is harder than it seems
We gotta take control, of our lives take control
Someday someway, we're gonna make it
We gotta try, try, try, to pull it on through
Someday someway we're gonna make it
We gotta try, try to pull it on through
There's strength in all of us, much stronger than we know
If we could learn to tap it, if we could learn to use it
We could take control of our lives, we could take control
Someday someway, we're gonna make it
We gotta try, try, try, to pull it on through
Someday someway we're gonna make it
We gotta try, try to pull it on through
