I was living in Montana, miles away from Lubbock, Texas, where I am from originally. I was still in love with a man who was no good for me, and I realized I didn't need anything, but to be able to sing and play music, It was the one thing that made me happier than anything else in the world.

Innervoiced is past tense because when I sing and create music, I release the Innervoice and then I become Innervoiced.
