Song Description

I wrote Inspiration to be a relaxingly mellow yet subliminally visual trip. A timeless and endearing musical selection. It is my first attempt at a true Jazz selection, and I must admit, I am well pleased. You will be too.

Story Behind the Song

I developed my concept for Inspiration quite randomly. While playing with a simple Jazz chord progression, I decided to add in some instrumentation and the selection virtually wrote itself. My intent was to name it Florida Blues, but after listening to it objectively, I felt that the name Inspiration was a better fit.
