Mirror

The first thing this morning when I opened up my eyes
I looked in the mirror and spoke those famous lines,
"Mirror, mirror on the wall - who's the fairest of them all?"
And I waited for a reply

A face appeared in the glass, a voice spoke to me,
"You'd better ask someone else, Toots. Go on and let me be
You people don't give a shit about what you put me through
And if you want an honest answer babe, the fairest sure ain't you."

Well you'd better believe I wasn't happy with this reply
He could've been like other men, he could've tried to lie
But the truth of what he said stuck me like a knife
And now I'm wondering what to do with my useless life
See, I've always been a pretty girl - I've always been the best
I take pride in punishing ugly girls with tiny breasts
So what do I do now? I suppose my life is through
I've got no brains or talent - there's nothing left to do

Damn that mirror, I'm gonna prove him wrong
I'm going to go out and find a man
And bring him on back home
I'll show that mirror, that other men can see
That double D and tight fitting jeans are all a woman needs
So I went out to this bar, feeling good to go
I found the man I wanted and went over to let him know
"Hey baby, you're coming home with me
You wanna leave now or do you wanna buy me a drink?"
He didn't even give me a reply,
He just turned around as he rolled his eyes
Naturally, I assumed he didn't hear
So I moved a little closer and whispered in his ear
He backed up like he'd been slapped & said,
"Honey, I'm taken and besides, you're fat!"
Well, you've got to imagine, rejection like this is hard to take
After this, I was feeling a little nervous, you know
Getting a little tense - but then I saw a honey by the bar
And decided to try again

I sidled up beside him, brushed my tits against his arm
I didn't have to say a word this time, I won him with my charm
I helped him out the door, he was pretty drunk you see
I got him back to my place and he passed out on the floor
But that was fine, my point was proved
I showed that mirror that scorned women never lose
And the moral to this story is so obvious and clear:
Magic mirrors aren't so great -
They're made of glass and girls, glass breaks
So if your mirror says things you don't want to hear
Smash the fucker
Bad luck wears off in seven years
