The result of a bad day, I was feeling fairly hostile. Skulking around, I said, "Man, I'm getting all of the thorns and none of the rose." Ah ha! A song is born!!!

The song is much more optimistc than the day was. At least I got a good song out of it. It's upbeat and no one dies - two rarieties for a power folk trio.
