Most everything I write is autobiographical--I've had the situation described in the song--I wasn't rude on the phone. I just decided to write a song and let the song do the talking!
Song Description
A song about moving on from a relationship that just wasn't working, just getting started with a new, good relationship and you're ex-girlfriend calls 'just to check on you'--the lyrics are a response to that phone call.
