Too many hurts, too little time
This life on earth, when we leave it
What do we want to leave behind?

This life on earth, who will remember
All the mountains we never climbed
What will they say was more important
That we were rich or we were kind?

Guess they could say I was a dreamer
Who saw the world through eyes of love
But if they say I was a good man
Then God knows that will be enough

This life on earth is where He placed us
To do His work the best we can
To help each other as we travel
This life on earth until the end
