I like it. Love the lead female vocal. Good intro...good overall arrangement. I think you can do more with the hook. It;s kinda buried un till she vamps on it towards the end. I hear it way to late after the first verse and preachers. its a good hook so let it stand out more. If you're gonna have the male vocal answer...bring him up a little more in the mix. Good job>
This is more 60's doo wop era . The sound is very dated , original for sure ! Great for top 40 lovers but definitely not R&B. Sound was ok , could be a little cleaner , overall an ok song , just very dated .
Sounds like an awesome Folk style R&B record -swinging and grooving - socially inviting to listen and sing along with and takes you by surprise and it's over....great job on the arrangements and performance really nice...Keep it up !-)
This has a nice soulful feel reminiscent of 60's and 70's R&B tunes, carried well by the guitar tones and performance. The vocal is sweet and the back-up vocals and harmonies add interest. The arrangement works well and the recording is well done.
This strikes me as having elements of the glory days of Phil Spector with a touch of Bonnie Bramlett. We need more songs like this bumping the crap that's on the radio off into oblivion. Thanks for the fun recording. Every element of it, from vocals to instruments to arrangement--just wonderful!
a interesting song that has the 60's motown feel to the melody but then has a bit of glam rock in there sound wise but in a pop way, with flourishes of r &b and soul underbelly,

This is a good song. I can see this in a older themed movie or a tv show (bar scene) . Vocals are good and the music sounds clean and crisp. Background vocals could use a touch up but overall , this could work with the right placement .

I like the vocals and the song had a laid back old school melody to it. I wonder what Motown Records would think of this song or would it make them feel like they went back in time? This is something to keep pushing forward with, it could be used for a love movie or somebody who is in love. I heard a little back up vocals but the lead had it to round it off I'll say the song was good and they should get music licensing for it..! #TeamBroadjam
