The chorus has a good, smooth hook, and your vocal delivery has punch and is emotionally terrific. You've got some chops! You've put the right amount of instrumentation to keep the integrity and not lose the soulful quality. You know your stuff! The chorus is particularly memorable and that's what pulls me into the song.
