The first thing that hit me........What a beautiful, soulful voice!!! Just Awesome!! The song has a wonderful sweet, melancholy feel! The laid back production is perfect to showcase the vocal, and is so tastefully conceived and played. GREAT!!!

Like the percussion on this, it's different. Production leaves plenty of space for the individual instruments.Vocals reminiscent of Michael McDonald,Johnny Neel. Love the change @ 2:34. Love the wah on the guitar parts. Love the Wurli @ 2:51.

This is smooth with a nice groove and the vocalist has a good voice, sounding like James Ingram. The instrumentation fits and everything is performed well.

I really am enjoying listening to this Modern Blues musical/vocal piece with the pleasant male voice leading. The musical arrangement is spot-on; the groove, the bass, all levelled nicely in the Mixing/Mastering. You can feel the reverb in the bass with just enough energy to bring a certain presence to these listening moments.

Interesting combination of styles ranging from percussive and moody like Peter Gabriel, to Latin like Santana, and maybe Marc Cohen or Michael Bolton bluesy on vocals. Very well done, got soundtrack music written all over it.

great mix and instrumentation. good solid vocal performance. sounds very similar to the doobie brothers.could here this being played on adult radio.
