Great vibe. I like the intro and bass line. I see this beat being good for a rapper to do their thing because you didn't crowd the beat with a lot of music.I suggest that you raise the vocal just a bit. I think your intention is to have it as a background vocal but even so, it could be a little louder. I also suggest that you make the change-of-pace breakdown happen sooner. You have it at close to the 2 minute mark but A&R reviewers from record labels and artists may not wait that long to hear some variation. I suggest you move it closer to the 1 minute mark (which is something I myself have learned recently based on comments from A&R people). Keep pushing your beats!
