Story Behind The Song

The idea came gently through the ether into the ladies' powder room at The Verge in North London. Despite the lateness of the hour, the song was fully written by about 2 a.m. and recorded first thing in the morning. The syncopated backing vocals were pure serendipity: busking a harmony without listening to the lead vocal. It worked for me!
