Song DescriptionA story about the determination of two people wanting to achieve their goal and enjoy the moment when they finally do. This song is a celebration of achievement.
Story Behind the SongMy cousin told me that he and a buddy climbed to the summit of Grand Teton via the Owen Spalding trail. I went home and wrote down what I could remember about his adventure. This song is based on his trek but I think it is more about the human spirit.

My initial reaction was Fastball, but then I had a 70s flashback. Instrumentation is the highlight. Liked the bridge

Very well performed song both musically and vocally. Nice hook. Very well put together. Very inspiring sound lyrically as well. Makes you want to go out and accomplish something, and most of us need all the motivation we can get.

Lyrics
Climb!
There be no trouble
we can always
learn as we go
Summer's not over
we won't have to travel through the snow
You heard the man, said that it can be done
Come on, let's do it, you are his son
Sooner than later
It's already later
Let's get to the base of this rock so we can
Climb to the top of the moment
Then rappel to the ground
We're tied to each other
Fake a laugh as we
Belly Roll and Crawl
You're like a brother
We are in this
I would never let you fall
We've got to brace ourselves and not look down
It's 13000 till we hit the ground
Let's pick up the pace or
defeat we will face
let's move it along this trail so we can
Climb to the top of the moment
Then descend to the ground
You heard the man, said that it can be done
Come on, let's do it, you are his son
Let's pick up the pace or defeat we will face
Let's get to the top of this rock so we can
Climb to the top of the moment
