A truly beautiful song, very cleverly arranged and produced in a distinctive but simple manner. The song has a genuine haunting quality which is enhanced by thoughtful and high quality instrumentation, used sparingly but very effectively. The husky/whispered vocal is both engaging and perfect for the song. Altogether an extremely high quality song which you would be hard pressed to better in any way. It actually made me cry.

Vocalist reminds me of the singer from the fray straight away which is a very good thing. The production here is excellent sounds very polished and professional. Lead guitar, piano, vocals and percussion work very well together. Chorus is very, very strong. Lyrics, melody and rhythm of the vocals are so good in the chorus. Especially "even now I hear a sound" line, it's top notch.
