One day close to Halloween my daughter and I were walking to school and she pointed at a creepy tree that appeared to have a face on it. She said "Daddy, that looks like a Monster Tree" From there the song and the legend was born.

What happens when a tree is toilet papered on Halloween night by a bunch of teenagers? You get a Monster Tree that steals kids candy and is a bully every year at Halloween.

I havent always been an angry monster tree
I used to be pretty happy

last year something really shook me up.
it was halloween night and some teenagers came to the door (trick or treat!)
nobody answered so they went to the car and they got some toilet paper, and I mean a lot of toilet paper
and they TPed me from from the tip of my tree to the rump of my stump, every branch was covered. (what?)
and in the morning, all the other trees pointed their branches and laughed (ha ha haha ha)
oh thats sad
from that day on i promised i would get revenge on halloween night every year.
