Story Behind The Song

This was my first song. It was written around the time when I heard that Pepsi had dropped a certain pop-idol from their sponsorship. The initial guitar hook was the first thing that came and I liked it enough to feel that it had to be a song. I didn't know the first thing about writign a song, so somewhat reluctantly I wrote this one. The chorus and the verse were written a month and about 2000 miles apart.

Song Description

It's kind of a consolation for singers/musicians who may have fallen from the heights. People who we once couldn't get enough of, but then quickly disposed of. Hope you like it.
