My first publishing deal was with Roger Daltrey and Pete Townshend of the Who. Then Ken Hensley of Uriah Heep signed me to his company, where I had 6 of my songs recorded by Uriah Heep and then "Blackfoot" cut "Send me an Angel" In 1988 I moved to Nashville where I co-wrote Seasons and Everybody Wins for the Oak Ridge Boys. After that I co-wrote "Just Before the Bullets Fly" that was recorded by "Gregg Allman" & a also featured in the film Renegades. In 2013 "The Little River Band" released a song of mine called You Dream, I'll Drive to country radio and last year Montgomery Gentry & rock band Black Stone Cherry did a duet on one of my songs called Back on a Dirt Road.
I've had two number 1's in Australia, one with Adam Eckerlsey and one with Adam Brand and I currently have a song at #34 in the Canadian Country Charts called Dirt Road in Em performed by Arron Pritchett.
