I am a 21year old native of Albany,Georgia located about 3hours south of Atlanta. Music was instilled in me as a child by my mother and my grandmother. I began singing in church and by the time I was eight years old, I had a host of talent shows and music competitions that I won under my belt. My mother was my manager and my motivation. But my life took a tragic change in 2001 when my mother died from a terminal Lung disease. I was never the same again. Hurting inside, I began to rebel against family and friends and I began to run the streets involving myself in all types of illegal activity. It took me a while to get back on track, but I never lost my passion for music. Now, I focus all of my attention on creating real, soul-filled music that people can relate to. I want my music to be a testimony to others that have been through similar situations and use my music as a form of hope that they can be successful as well no matter where they come from.
