Born and raised in the Flathead Valley of Montana, Shilo Golie hasn't left the boundaries of this outlandish state one too many times. His original yet familiar style is drawn from what happens around him on a daily basis. A constant flow of energy, falling in love, prehistoric eras, ridiculous acts of nature, and the list goes on. Although Shilo's been writing poetry and experimenting with rhymes and beats since a very young age. He only found his true essence of music after learning to listen to many different genres from all kinds of places. Shilo has especially tuned into the Twin Cities hip hop scene and the Rhymesayers Crew for inspiration. One of Shilo's favorite artists is Slug and the band Atmosphere because they have accomplished so much with music and display that on stage perfectly.
