Making a phenomenal solo EP/Album! Fun Fun! :)
Already have major film placement selection prior even, to this new record release! Being told they put it on the film's (currently filming) timeline, so pushing to get it a lengthy exposure and career, and praying the contracts end up just as lengthy of course!
Very grateful for this inspiration and launching more tracks!
Work work work! :)
No shortcuts!
Hope you enjoy the workmanship and thank you for listening in.

Taylor D

Hi friends and visitors.
I wanted to take the time to share some insight on what I've been up to. Please remember; I have worked my body into the ground contracting nearly four thousand projects in the northwest Arizona territory. I have also worked multiple discs out of my neck and had unsuccessful surgery in 2002. I have severe and very painful spinal stenosis. I am extremely limited in my occupational ability now, as my neck/back/knees/shoulders and left elbow are torn to pieces.
I also broke a bone in my back last year, YEEHAW!.
Uh,this all kinda limits my EXPOSURE---touring/gigging etc ? BUT GOD IS GRACIOUS AND LENDS ME STRENGTH!
So, I am writing/recording and hopefully "selling" now, my "other" work I've been doing all these years on the side. ?

I have never asked for donations and I never will. "Pride" or "Integrity" you define it.
I have always returned hard earned services for monetary needs. That being said, the music you hear is not some wizard type behind a curtain throwing easily available, ready-made computer/machine insta-groove loops and samples onto a timeline like so many people toss together these days, and then maybe play an instrument and sing over the tracks. When you hear your typical favorite artist on radio/concerts etc, there is a chain of people involved (30 to 50 people) professionally networking and spending $30-$85 thousand dollars per album, with hundreds of thousands in studio production gear and the best musicians/vocalists a producer can buy-n-book for the sessions or concert! It darn well better sound phat! There's also lots of pitch/voice correction taking place too, but I won't mention any examples. Choke, cough (Taylor Swift) Wups!
When you hear a song from Taylor D Music, it is original. It is genuine! It is one person for the whole production;
Writing/arranging/charting/producing/engineering and playing any and or all of the following instruments:
Live Acoustic Drums (Trap Set)
Piano
Bass Guitar
Keyboards/Synth
Electric Rhythm Guitar
Electric Lead Guitar
Acoustic Guitar
Mandolin
Harmonica
Lead Vocals (NO PITCH CORRECTION)
Backing Vocals (NO PITCH CORRECTION) Also;
Various percussion and rhythm programming by Taylor D "if" enhancements are needed.
Not to mention the time taken in prayer, meditation and the writing/typing of lyrical messages that hold relevance in timeless era. So please consider this when/if you purchase TAYLOR D MUSIC/ANCILLARY ITEMS.
I pray one would not think this to be me boasting. It's meant to communicate that me be "WORKING!" ?
I have also self funded many Church plants/missions etc. including self funded Hurricane Katrina missions.
I wouldn't want you thinking I'm some greedy televangelist type. Again, "SELF FUNDED"

Now if you listen to Taylor D Music, please reflect on the different instrumentations hammered out, and please feel free to study the lyric, over and above the production. Drop in sometime and say howdy!
Heck, tell me I stink! Or, perhaps buy something and help me to provide and live modestly.
God Bless, and His best for, and to you all!

hey tay, been a while
you wanna have some producer fun?
take over a bogged down project?
maybe make a little cash?
find out how to get other peoples interest, with minimum effort?
work with pro tracks?
meet a new contact that might benefit you?
and, if it doesn't work, you;ve only wasted a day?
but not really, because even if the artist doesn't like your mix, you keep all the tracks yourself, great drums, loops, conga grooves, etc...?
with tracks that can be used in other ways if that happens?
a cool pop speed, with a great feel?

i bet the artist will be amased at your days work.
i bet that he will pay you.
you will own the tracks, he will most likely want them.
maybe you can learn to negotiate a deal, good practice for the future.
maybe you work out a per-hour thing, after you've done "quick mix"
one hour, i bet, you couild get a great sound
or, talk to the guy and say something like...
"hey, man, can't do this free, but I can always use fifty bucks.
"and if ya want the tracks, to nown them, we'll chat about that too"

thats the way its done, Tay
you get ownership of 9 stereo tracks
cuttable, and the tracks can be used forever, in various ways.
even when you transfer them to the artist, you can cut out beats and use them, if that is the deal you reach.

could be fun, huh?
yes?
