Hi Richard, Thanks for your review of Wise Old Owl (semi-finalist in the UK Songwriting Contest 2010 announced today!) You are an anonymous person - no location, no contact link, so the best I can do is thank you here for your helpful comments! You would have preferred the song if it had a chorus. Do you think that would make the son too long, and do you think a chorus is always necessary on a country/folk song? I'd value your comments. Best wishes
