From the moment his fingers hit the piano at the young age of six, Robert Jon knew that he had found his passion in music. A southern California native, Robert grew up in a musical home picking up the guitar and the drums soon thereafter. His dream of sharing his gift of sound became a reality when he began playing in multiple bands and writing on his own two years ago. Blending acoustic folk with edgy rock, Robert's percussion-infused songs boast of captivating lyrics of those loved and lost while incorporating riveting rhythms and moving melodies into the mix. Those who have the privilege of hearing Robert play are sure to leave each performance enraptured by his distinct and genuine sound. Set to release his debut album "Stand" in August of 2008, Robert Jon is ready to burst out into the singer/songwriter scene and leave his unique mark on the music world.
