Casey Carlson's passion for singing began about the time she learned how to speak.
The summer between her junior and senior year, Casey studied at NYU's prestigious musical theater program.

In 2008, Casey landed the title of "Cover Girl" for a calendar called "Campus Girls USA."

Casey's big break came when she auditioned for American Idol 8. She auditioned in KC where she was given a golden ticket to Hollywood.
Out of the crowd of contestants to make it to Hollywood she was one of 36 to make it through the week and into the Semi-Final Round.

Casey is currently an on air TV personality with the CW network in the Twin Cities as a host for "The Beat" and segment emcee.

Casey is also working on her debut CD.
