Greg Andreas

Been writing, and recording my own music for almost twenty years now.It all started with a basic mono cassette recorder that I would record myself singing and playing with, then playing it back I would use a second one to record the performance as I played the accompaniment. Pretty sorry considering the tools available now.
I guess my music would be classified as rock, tho I delve into almost every genre trying to obtain the mood for the song I'm writing at the time. I use my roots as a basis for my music then add things I like about various styles of more modern music to get the desired result as well as trying to keep my music current sounding.
I own my own Home studio which gives me the flexibility to do it in my own time. Equipment used most generally is roland v-700 studio with sonar 8 producer and all the plug-ins I can afford. Various hardware such as reverbs, preamps, and eq's are also part of it.
\ For anyone interested I am also in a band that does play live shows,(mainly all original), and the myspace address is www.myspace.com/soupsandwich.
