Steve is returning to writing after a long hiatus. A trumpet major in college, Steve composed and arranged profusely for various ensembles such as brass choir, brass quintet, funk band horn section, and even produced a full length comic opera using pit orchestra. Now teamed up with Dan McInerney (guitar) the duo are cranking out various compositions, including "UFO", the soundtrack for Steve's award winning (Audio Post Production Award) adrenaline film at the 2005 Banff Mountain Film Festival. Steve also writes full orchestra scores (check out "Wonderland" in the classical genre), solo piano, trios, sax ensemble or whatever fits the bill. Steve and Dan will be releasing songs from their upcoming project, "Freak of Nurture", due out in 2007.
