RAEN now return triumphant to their native Sydney to unleash their debut Australian single from their first album 'After The Storm' which they recorded in Los Angeles with producer Jeff Bova (Celine Dion). The single, entitled Honey is a sexy, 70s disco anthem which the girls co-wrote with legendary American songwriter Quora Rankin (Beyonce. Christina, Dr Dre). There are some stunning remixes tearing up the dance floors from hip DJ hit-makers 7th Heaven but if you do anything to check out this perfect piece of pristine pop, then make sure you see the video. The worldwide release of Honey, the globalisation of RAEN will allow After The Storm to fulfil the critics descriptions as one of the most hotly anticipated pop albums of 2009. Following their exhilarating performances in some of the biggest clubs in London and the rest of the UK last year, RAEN will be performing at their very own underground club night Electric Love in Sydneys Trademark for the next two months.

Touring around Australia, disappointed that the radio stations did not give us the back up that we received in the UK.

RAEN

It is with great pleasure that we introduce you to Australias hottest girl group RAEN (pronounced Rain).

Following considerable success in the UK last year with their inaugural single Drama Fanatic (No.6 in the Music Week singles chart and was on high rotation on all major UK music channels culminating with the bands own hour special on The Chart Show), RAEN now return triumphant to their native Sydney to unleash their debut Australian single from their first album 'After The Storm' which they recorded in Los Angeles with producer Jeff Bova (Celine Dion).

The single, entitled Honey is a sexy, 70s disco anthem which the girls co-wrote with legendary American songwriter Quora Rankin (Beyonce. Christina, Dr Dre). Shot by maverick video director Jesse Davy, it showcases these beautiful, intelligent, young women at their very best. As if this achievement wasn't enough for four friends from the suburbs of Sydney, they did it all by setting up their own label Dorothy Records which will oversee the worldwide release of Honey, the globalisation of RAEN and allow After The Storm to fulfil the critics descriptions as one of the most hotly anticipated pop albums of 2009.

The antidote to Honey is a spectacular horror flick called Zombie which will make you laugh and scare you senseless in equal measure. It's a gore-fest, the question is, does anyone survive.

Very professionally done. I've always liked the song from way back when anyway and to hear you perform it has made an already great song even better thanks to our modern tecnology!! I'm really into taking old songs and covering them to keep them well preserved and in the circle. All four of your vocals are top notch and professional and the harmonies are great! I see this song very much hitting the top of the charts!!
