Big Snipe, aka Snipe, is an Atlanta-based hip-hop, neo-soul producer, Born in New York around the golden ages of hip hop. Music took an instant hold on Snipe as a child when he first heard music from the likes of KRS One, Rakim and Big Daddy Kane. However, when he became a teenager, he started a rap group with his friend Eddie called Rebel Soul. As an artist, he loved the soulful sample sounds of groups like A Tribe Called Quest, Brand Nubians, Pete Rock & CL Smooth.

As time moved on, his wife encouraged him to start making soulful music since music was in his soul. However, with no formal musical training, he began making beats on Reason 4.0, which was given to him by a friend. After years of trial and error and tireless practice, Snipe has managed to make a name for himself and has worked with DJ Kay Slay, Raekwon, Sheek Louch, See Green, Vado, Loaded Lux, Gunplay, King Bo, Mysonne, Young Chris, Smoke Dza, Ar-Ab, Dark Lo, Hell Rell, Oun P, and Termanology.
