I wrote my first song in 1999 and joined BMI in 2003. In 2004, I joined TAXI, Broadjam.com, and Song Domain and started pitching some of my demo-ed songs. In 2004, several of my songs received airtime on European Radio stations and in 2005, "You Can't Boss Me Around and "I'm Glad I Don't Have Your Life" was aired by Larry Simpson at KOCR Radio in Midlothian, TX. "You Can't Boss Me Around" was also aired by The Upper Room Radio Station in CT.

In 2004, "Does Freedom LIve" was forwarded by TAXI to a record company and it was also on Broadjam.com's Top Ten for Traditional Folk. In 2005, TAXI again forwarded "Does Freedom Live" to a different record company."I Can't Stop The Rain" and "It's All About Us" has been on Broadjam.com's Top Ten for the Kentucky region for several weeks this year and in 2005 "You Can't Boss Me Around" was on Broadjam.com's Top Ten for Kentucky and Traditional Country. Song Domain recently added "Texas" to their Song Bank.

In 2007, an independent music library came to TAXI and its owner picked four of my songs for their library: It's All About Us, Back to Grapevine, Family Man, and I'm Not Dead Yet. I continue to write and learn. I have many songs waiting for demo's.
