The Back To The Country Revue make their debut appearance at this venerable Madison festival, with a rousing musical history lessons of the origins of country music. No other author/musician could be better qualified for this task, as Bill Malone introduced the first and still most comprehensive book on the subject, Country Music USA. Bill and his wife Bobbie lead a fine cast of musicians including The Kristy Larson Honky Tonk Trio, and solo guitarist Richard Wiegel in retelling the story of the beginning of country music in song and story.
