Ron, thank you for your review of my short tune, "Grunge Potatos". You are totally right, I am writing short theme tunes, and thank you brother for noticing that. Many others slam me for the tune being 50 seconds, or however long. I guess they think everything on here should be a full song...May God Bless you as well son!

I'll chime in on this subject.....yes, I agree, the expectancy (or I believe the 'norm')is to hear a full length song.....I have some short tunes too....one way, I've found, to circumvent any confusion on the short song is to make sure that you put a real ending on the song......not a fade-out or an abrupt ending...this way, the length of the song won't nearly be as obvious...a guy who's short song I reviewed jumped on me for giving him a 'bad review' and added that "certainly" it should have been "obvious" that it was intended as a jingle or something....and I wrote him back and said "No, it wasn't obvious at all!" Endings help!
Otherwise, you can block the songs that you don't want to be reviewed on your song page..good luck!
hey ron, thanks so much for the review of 'samba grv'. i kept it short because i'm going for film / tv placement and i understand anything over 2:20 is wasted. making it longer would be much fun but i'm spending my time now producing as many pieces as i can......thanks again and best of luck on all your projects
Not a problem,I guess I should to but it drives me crazy I feel I'm torturing myself anything under 2min. I use to go all out,if it sounds good let it roll. My longest track is about 30 min long which is on my page so I've come a long way. Keep in touch and keep doin great pieces k ("
