Here is a collection of compositions and harmony exercises from my music course in Roehampton, London back in 1996. Thanks to the Notion software, I have finally been able to hear these pieces, which range from piano pieces, duets, a string quartet and a concerto for guitar and small orchestra. Many styles have been experimented with in this portfoilo from more traditional Spanish and South American rhythms in the guitar concerto, which was in memory of Rodgrio to commemorate his death in that year, a piano piece in the style of Chopin, a homage to Leo Brouwer (String Quartet) which utilises modes codified by Messiaen, the whole tone scale, the 12-note series & more...
