Simmons and McBride are a singer/songwriting duo who have been performing together for twenty (20) years. The unique vocal stylings and instrumental voicings have made them a local hit in the Kansas City area. The CD "Schottenheimer Polka" was a collaborative work with other local musicians who worked under the band name of "The Step Brothers". The CD centered around the Kansas City Chief's 93-94 football season and features many comical offerings related directly to the team. This self recorded, original composition CD encompasses several varieties of musical styles and genres.
