The debut album (2004) from Thornapple, Two Days is organic, raw and melodic. The emphasis was on the song itself with few embellishments--with the acoustic instruments, the album takes on a rural, grass roots type of feel with a modern twist. This was the band's rebellion against overpolished inorganic modern music. It instantly draws you in and makes you feel like you are in the same room with the band. The title refers to the fact the each song on the album took a total of two days to record, edit and mix!
