Never Been To Athens

Electronic - Electronica

"Never Been To Athens" is Alphanaut's first single from its upcoming full length album "Out of Orbit". The lyric to the song is about shedding the angst associated with youth hood and the move into becoming an adult. The single features two remixes of the title cut and a bonus, non-album song "AL 424-15". The "Planet Nibiru Remix" was done by Alphanaut bringing in Middle Eastern instrumentation to the song. The "It's Gonna Crash Remix" was created by Ted Scarlett, which revs up the tune for the dance floor. "AL 424-15" is a song set in a post apocalyptic Earth and the journey of a lone android. Mark again worked with Chavo Villanueva on guitars, bass and ebo, Jorge Villanueva on percussion and drums, and Ted Scarlett on guitars and organ.
