Recorded live at Stephen Gaskin's "the Farm" in Summertown, Tennessee during the UnityFest 2000 celebration on Sunday, May 21, 8:30 am. During the course of this concert over 150 people did their morning yoga and meditation exercises. This CD contains one track of music intended to be listened all the way through or looped for continuous playback. The music on this CD can serve as a background soundtrack for you exercises, meditation, relaxation or pure enjoyment.
