Here's a sample of the feedback AJ has received from his songwriting course!

  • "Revision process – is a lot for me. It takes me a long time to get it the way I want. I'm constantly questioning what I've done and looking how to make it better. It's nice to know that I'm not the only one."
  • "I like the honest approach that you have. No fluff, just the real picture. You gave us the inside perspective for both sides of the business. The song writer and the person on the other end making the decisions and how it's important to understand how they think and what it is they're looking for."
  • "I think the course is an awesome opportunity to get better at your craft by collaborating with an expert and your peers in a creative session. One of the key things that appealed to me was the no trashing of other peoples songs. By putting your song online, it's easy to get discouraged by people saying negative things about your music. It's nice to know that everyone will be supporting each other with the end goal of learning and getting better."
  • "I learned a few things about copyrighting and PRO that I didn't know. I've always wondered what the right thing to do was. I don't currently belong to a PRO, but am hoping I get a deal so that I can."

AJ has also written several posts about the importance of learning and collaborating and songwriting on the Broadjam blog, which you can read right here:
