I was born Anthony Cofield Jr. in Washington D.C. However, I was raised right outside of DC- in Clinton, Maryland (20735). I have two little brothers, a little sister and a two year-old daughter, so I have been a leader all my life. I moved to Miami in pursuit of YSAE ("why-say", spells "easy" backwards). Music has always and will forever be a part of me. It is extremely powerful! Ysae is not only my artistic name- it stands for a dream. I have been lyrically devoted to music since grade school. So many artists take their ability to motivate others and instruct for granted. I want to use my music to bridge the generational gap. I live for the day that elders and young children can all dance to my music. Although they may have different views on my music- nonetheless, they will be able to relate to it.
