Tony Vani and Debbie Hoskin of "The Stir" have created the NEW RELEASE CD "SOUL RETRIEVAL" a spiritually moving compilation of rock songs with proceeds to cancer research.
Born from the shattered soul. When there are no words, yet, a song is born out of words and music. Our new CD "Soul Retrieval" begins the journey of grief, anger, joy, love and hope; to embrace all of life, birth, death and all that is inbetween. Soul retrieval moves the soul and grips the heart.
Our CD, "Soul Retrieval" is an expression of the Heart. When we decided to create this album, there was no contemplation of how the CD would be received by the world, only a genuine desire to express and share what is deep within. Now that it is complete, we hope that it resonates within your hearts. "Soul Retrieval" has been created with the intent to Honor beloved family members Jason Hoskin and Roger Sabo.
Tony Vani, hailing from Belleville, Ontario, known for his soulful bluesy vocals and skillful harmonica playing. Tony is a charismatic and high energy performer, touring Canada for the past 2 decades in both blues and pop/rock bands.
Debbie Hoskin, singer/songwriter, born and raised in New York City; Debbie had several songs on the Canadian charts in the late 80's; Debbie has a unique vocal style of her own described as sometimes sweet, sometimes sultry, always soulful. Debbie is known for her philisophical lyrics
