Introduction

Em-C.D.L., or Emaster Of Ceremonies Dustin Lewis (real name Dustin Lewis), has been into music on and off for most of his life. Although he wanted to become a video game designer when he was younger, music has always been an influence in his life. He also played the violin and sung in his private school's and his Grandmother's church choir.

Em-C.D.L. is also into other types of music such as Underground Hip Hop, R&B, Techno, Trance, House Music, Drum and Bass, Jazz, Rock, Electronica and Funk. When listening to his music, you can hear most of these influences in his tracks; one track could have a moody and dark feel, and the next one could have a hype and funk vibe. After exiting the Army in December of 2007, Em-C.D.L. packed up his bags and made the move to California to pursue a career in music. With his new sound and motivation in tow, he was determined to get his music and point across.

As of right now, Em-C.D.L. has multiple projects in the process, such as working on music for the up and coming car parts/models/music/entertainment website GEAR AND GROOVE (www.gearandgroove.com), and doing promotions for the site as well. He's also getting his independent label up and running called "Beat-On-Desk Records"--but be mindful--he's only looking for up and coming DJs and producers to add to the label.
